Administrators can upload Excel files of organizations directly into a CampusGroups platform.

  1. Log in on CampusGroups.
  2. Click on "Admin" (key icon in the top menu).

   3. Click on "Groups" on the left-side menu.

   4. Click on the "Upload Groups" button to the right.

   5. You will be redirected to the "Import Group" page where you will be able to upload an Excel file of your organizations.
You will be able to find an Excel template with the required fields your file will need to include.
Carefully follow the instructions given on the page.

Additional instructions:

  • The "group_type" and "category" list will adapt to your platform.
  • Acronym MUST meet the following requirements: 

Letters and numbers only, no space, between 3-25 characters.
