Creating a full-width banner on your CampusGroups homepage can be a fun and dynamic way to add to the user experience of your event, orientation, or simply to welcome your students to your platform.

Before you get started please create a graphic following these specifications.

Full-Width Button

The height can be flexible but I wouldn't recommend larger than a 400px height or smaller than a 200px Height.

Size: 1920 W x 350 H pixels

File Type: JPG or PNG

Resolution: 72 ppi


Half-width Buttons

The height can be flexible but I wouldn't recommend larger than a 400px height or smaller than a 200px Height. These buttons should stay the same height across the same row

Size: 960 W x 350 H pixels

File Type: JPG or PNG

Resolution: 72 ppi


1/3 width Buttons

The height can be flexible but I wouldn't recommend larger than a 400px height or smaller than a 200px Height. These buttons should stay the same height across the same row

Size: 640 W x 350 H pixels

File Type: JPG or PNG

1. Select the Customize button while logged in as an administrator

2. Select the button area where you would like to add the banner

3. Select the Image Info tab

4. Set the width to 100%, delete any numbers from the height, and lock the ratio

5. Select the Upload tab

6. Choose your file

7. Select the "Image info" tab

8. Check that your width/height settings haven't changed, wait for the preview image to load.

9. Select OK

10. After uploading your image your cursor will still be on the same line as the image, press enter/return to return it to a new line. This will reset the spacing below the image.

11. To make the image clickable select your image

12. Click on the hyperlink button

15. Set Use Premade Box to No

16. Set Show title to No

17. Select Save
