The Marketing Club has a number of transactions that are showing as "NOT COMPLETE" (92 total) under the Money tab. Have these "NOT COMPLETE" transactions been processed on people’s credit cards?

ANSWER:

Not Complete transactions have not been processed. It refers to students joining your group but finally deciding not to pay online. You still have them in your listings because they have become "prospects" with whom you can email and follow-up. Same with event ticket payments.
