How to upload a Custom List to a Community or Event Hub

The Custom List feature allows users to provide information in a list format, such as an FAQ list or a To Do list. It is possible to add multiple items to a Custom List at one time by using our Excel upload template.

  • Manage your Group

  • Click on More Tools and then Hubs

  • Manage a Hub

  • Click the Edit icon next to the Custom List where you would like to add the items

  • Click the Manage List Items button

  • Click the Upload Items button

  • Click the cg_custom_lists link to download the Excel file and follow the guidelines on the scree, also included in the screenshot below

  • To upload the completed Excel file, click on Choose File, select the file name,
    and click Upload
