Click on Survey &amp; Forms

- Log into CampusGroups
- <a href="https://help.campusgroups.com/en/articles/1105723-how-to-manage-your-group" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Manage</a> your group
- Click on Survey &amp; Forms

Select the Settings option

- Click on More icon 
- Select the Settings option

Set the Close survey option to Yes

- Click on Open/Close/Cap
- Set the Close survey option to Yes
- Click Save
