QUESTION:
Being a group officer, why can I not directly add a new User into the system?
ANSWER:
At the beginning of the year, group officers may want to add new members that are not registered on CampusGroups. For Security/Control purposes, this is not allowed by default. School admins have requested that they would be the only users allowed to do so.
If you want to add new members who are not yet in the system, please contact your School Admin directly.
