How to create a Waiting List

Officers can add a waiting list to their events by following the steps below:

  1. Manage your group

  2. Click Events

  3. Click Edit on the event

  4. Edit the registration option

  5. Populate the Quantity Available field 

  6. Set the Allow waiting list field to Yes

Note: Once the waiting list is activated, it's not possible to deactivate it.

   7. Click Save


The waiting list will be automatically activated when the event capacity is reached.
