How to upload group-related Service Hours in bulk.

Group Officers have the ability to easily upload group-related Service Hours in bulk.

  • Manage your group

  • Click on More Tools then Service Hours

  • Click on Upload Service Hours

  • You will be redirected to the Import Service Hours page

  • Carefully follow the instructions given

  • Click Upload

Tips to follow:

  • Ensure the file is in an .XLS format

  • Keep fields as is - do not modify or move fields

  • Populate ALL required fields (fields displayed in orange)

  • Match the proposed Service Hour types (e.g., Internship, Volunteer)

  • Read the guidelines displayed on the import page

This is the best way to make sure your import will be successful!
