Creating an Unsubscribe Message for your Group's Emails

How Officers can create a custom Unsubscribe Message

Every CampusGroups Email ends with an unsubscribe message that will allow contacts to unsubscribe from future Emails. Officers have the option of customizing the unsubscribe message text.

  • Manage your group

  • Select Dashboard then Settings

  • Select More in the Group Settings menu at the top of the main content area

  • Scroll down to Custom unsubscribe message and add your custom message
    โ€‹NOTE: Make sure to type [UNSUBSCRIBE] somewhere in your message so that the link will be added. If you do not, the unsubscribe link will be added at the end of your message.

  • Click on Save when you are done
