How to add clickboxes to your email

Easily share information about upcoming events and surveys with the help of the clickbox feature when composing an email.

Follow these steps to add a clickbox in your emails:

  • Log into CampusGroups

  • Manage your group

  • In the sidebar menu, select Emails, then Sent

  • At the top of the page, click the Compose Email button

  • Proceed with selecting your desired recipients

  • At the bottom of the page, select Compose email for selected groups

  • Continue to the Clickboxes step

  • Select your desired Clickboxes by clicking on the checkboxes next to the content that you would like to add

  • To preview your Clickbox, continue to the Delivery step

  • Click on Preview it first... to preview the email

  • Once you have finished your preview, click the Save and Send button to have your email delivered.

The Clickbox will appear at the bottom of the email. From there, students can register to your event or answer your survey.
