It is now possible to see if users are underage when checking them in for an event.

How to set a user's "Over 21 years old" value

There are two ways of doing that:

  • Individually change this field of a student's profile when editing his/her profile.

Go to the Administrator's section and click on "Users".
Find the users you need to update, and click on the "Edit" button on the right.

Scroll down to "Over 21 years old" and set the field to the appropriate value. Click on "Save" when you are done.

  • Upload a list of students with the "Over 21 years old" field completed.

Go to the Administrator's section, click on "Users" and then "Upload users".
Follow the instruction on the page to upload a list of users.

Note that it is possible to update students by downloading a report on them and then uploading it back with the field completed.

Where to view whether a student is over 21 years old

  • A dedicated badge will appear under the student's name on the attendees list of every event if they are underage.

  • On the mobile application, a little grey dot will appear to the right of an underage student.
