Users can choose what profile information they would to display to other users by navigating to their Privacy Settings. However, Administrators can choose what those settings are set to by default by following these steps:
Click on the Admin key and click on the Settings dropdown
Select Field Permissions
Check any field in the Default Privacy Settings that you would like to hide from other users by default
Each field that you check will be hidden by default by each user. When each user edits their privacy settings, they can then opt in to display those fields to other users viewing their profile.
