You may want to use a custom URL for your CampusGroups instance so that it becomes available at https://yoursubdomain.university.edu, for example, instead of https://school.campusgroups.com.

In order to do this, you will need to contact us at support@campusgroups.com so that we can get started with the configuration.

A new DNS record will have to be created in your DNS configuration which will be a CNAME for the selected custom domain towards your CampusGroups instance domain.

For example, if your CampusGroups instance is available at https://school.campusgroups.com and you would like to use https://custom.example.com as your custom url, you will need to create a CNAME record in your example.com DNS configuration:
