SMTP allow listing will ensure that your server does not mark emails from our system as spam. For better deliverability, it is advised to allow list the following SMTP server IP addresses in your email server and spam filters settings:

  • 216.157.35.124

  • 50.31.58.66

  • 207.21.221.179

  • 207.21.221.178

  • 207.21.221.177

  • 207.21.221.176

  • 207.21.221.175

Please also ensure that no rate limits are applied to the IP addresses listed above as that may result in delays for large batches of emails sent from the platform.

You may also want to allow list the campusgroups.com domain as a sender to prevent emails sent from it from being quarantined. If you are also using a custom url you will want to allow list the custom domain as well as it may be used to send emails from the platform.

Please contact integrations@readyeducation.com with any questions.
